• Technology adoption and implementation

• Experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred - Smart Grid, Demand Side Management, Demand Response, Energy Efficiency Policy & Regulations, and Energy Conservation.
• Basic problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English
• Tools proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel regularly; in some cases extended stay in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• The candidate should be self disciplined and self motivated
• Ability to innovate, create lasting relationships and work independently with little supervision
• Ability to manage tasks independently
• Ability to work in an organised manner
• Ability to work in teams
