Coordinate requests from regions and offices for enhancements and guide system implementation in order to ensure One Way across PLM.
Optimize the development of Project Lifecycle business rules.
Act as a central liaison on the capture and propagation of process knowledge via training programs and effective Organizational Change Management measures.
Design and deliver effective demonstration scripts use to capture and address OCM and training requirements
Execute and support strategic initiatives that enable the Digital Twin program success including the enhancements of Digital Thread processes and their respective systems and tools adoption
Develops, plans and drives execution of process re-engineering initiatives that further enhance the organizations ability to render benefits from its PLM investments
Experience in Dassault 3DS Systems Enovia / ExaLead preferred

Experience working on PLM Enterprise global deployments in the Oil & Gas Industry
Able to work with a multicultural globally dispersed team and across time zones
Proven record of delivering results on large scale business transformations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Current passport and be willing to travel up to 20%
