Designation	Principal Executive - Genesys - With Leading Banking Client
Job Description	Analyzing the Client requirement, designing, configuring, implementing and supporting the contact center application and routing framework as per the business requirement. Interaction Workspace, allowing for detailed integrations across Genesys and other client platforms (such as CRM, etc.) CCPulse templates creation. Complete knowledge of Genesys Framework (8.x). Should be able to work on OCM, GA, CME,IRD, Campaigns, etc. Able to read and identify issues in logs (SIP, RM, MCP, etc.) Routing. GIM reporting. Basic Oracle/MYSQL knowledge.
