Job Details

Upkeep of all utilities coming under GUIC. He should ensure that all the systems are running smoothly to avoid business interruption
Advising on safety aspects in all job studies and to carry out detailed job safety studies of selected jobs;
Maintaining HT, LT panels, Distribution boards and lightings through out the factory 
Maintaining the new manufacturing process as per the GUA Standard 
Recording Power, Diesel, Water, FO, Chemical consumption
Maintaining RO plant, ST plant
Maintaining Pump house and ensure consumption of water level.
Maintaining Fire Hydrants, Sprinklers system, Fire alarm system
Maintaining boiler and ensure that it must work without any interruption.
Responsible for maintaining general utilities like DG sets, Compressor, Chiller,UPS, Cranes, HVAC,
Monitor and control consumption of tools, spares, consumables etc 
Monitor and control all project related activities 
Designing and conducting either independently or in collaboration with the training department, suitable training and educational programmes for the prevention of personal injuries and for the propagation of safety awareness
