Job Description	Monitoring that timely inspection of Civil buildings, roofs, foot over bridges, equipment foundations. RCC Chimneys, conveyor belt gallery, junction houses, structural supports of utility pipeline is carried out. Development & implementation of Standards of Inspection, testing & Maintenance. Monitoring monthly / quarterly jobs plans for Painting & Sheeting activities. Monitoring the adherence to inspection schedule (Including the check sheet creation) and its execution for reducing unplanned outages in the plant. Initiate improvement action on Civil & Structural health & Integrity of the plant.
Desired Profile	In depth Knowledge in maintenance of Civil buildings and steel structures and other allied jobs like PHES, Road Management, Waste Management etc. Also conversant in Contract Management.
