Job Description
  • The position will responsible for designing Quality & Turnaround methodology for Operations process (Central & De-central).
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring & assessing the Quality, Turnaround and publish the report / dashboards to senior Management.
  • Responsible to indentify process improvement area and will also be responsible for implementation of the same & carry out project Management.
  • Taking initiatives & advising best practices to improve quality & TAT for the unit.
  • Automate MISs on xls with use of technology, thus reducing work for the teams.
  • Should have capability to interact with Peers from the teams / cross functional & Senior Management.
  • Candidate should be able to drive the teams for achievement of better Quality & TAT.
  • Should have managed a Team of at least 5-6 employees
Desired Profile
  • Subject Matter Expertise in assessing risk and implement processes / policies to mitigate potential risks in operational transactions and should use effective tools to measure the quality & TAT .
  • Preferably a Sigma Black Belt
