Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service department is an essential part of the Sales Team, both locally as well as globally.
Together with our team of Key Account Managers, the Customer Service department serves as one of the primary points of contact for our customers. Reporting to the Manager, Global Demand and Customer Service, you:
Excel in managing customer relationships.
In this position, you continuously keep your focus on customer satisfaction. As such, you build and maintain a profound knowledge of the customer and the customer file.
You develop ideas and launch actions that put your customers first. While operating locally, you align activities with Customer Service Representatives across the globe. You think globally and act locally.

Follow-up order entry and order confirmation while monitoring adherence to market conform lead-times.

Ensure a fluent collaboration and communication with the other departments involved in the value chain.
Guarantee a flawless execution of the available complaint handling process.
Analyse and follow up on OTIF reports in close co-ordination with the Key Account Manager.
Execute customer mailings and/or notifications.
Support the achievement of the segments customer satisfaction targets.

Desired Profile

Knowledge of standard Office applications is necessary; experience with SAP is an advantage.

It goes without saying that excellent knowledge of English (speak, read & write) is a must any other local language would be an added advantage.
