Job Description	Retail Operation Strong Retail Operation experience (Industry - Telecom/Retail only). Must have managed minimum 15 medium sized stores. Must have complete experience of launching a store/s. Local Understanding: Important to have understanding and knowledge of the entire State. Language: Must be fluent in Local Language.
Desired Profile	To operationalize all the Client's points Stores as per the design principles. To directly drive the customer acquisition & revenue business targets through JC-JPL & JPM. To monitor & manage Client's Point productivity. Ensure top class customer experience at Client's Points. To maintain hygiene & governance at Client's Points (Regular Stock Audit/ Cash Management etc.)
