We are seeking an individual to support our growing quantitative data research requirements. The candidate must possess a positive attitude, be clear and concise in their communication, display a keen willingness to learn and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. The candidate should be able to demonstrate programming skills (e.g. R, Python, SQL) and a proven track record in the implementation of data mining and/or machine learning techniques.

• Lead planning and organising of all quarterly project activities across your domain
• Drive accuracy, completeness & timeliness of all project activities in collaboration with the Team Leads
• Define and implement innovative data mining methodology to drive data expansion and support the set-up a data science practice within the team
• Monitor the data quality performance measurement framework on a continuous basis
• Support the Senior Manager to communicate project performance to the wider team and internal stakeholders
• Oversee delivery of formal training by the Team Leads on data sourcing processes and definitions to ensure the quality of project deliverables
• Directly and indirectly manage the Team Leads, SRAs & RAs across your domain to drive performance management, objective setting and personal development plans
• Lead recruitment of additional resources for projects in your domain in collaboration with the Senior Manager
• Manage ad-hoc information requests from internal stakeholders as well external clients on data sourced by the Data Team
• Coordinate technical requirements for projects in your domain with the Developer Team
• Support the Senior Manager to implement new project activities.
