Implement transformation levers to bring in efficiency towards region.

To deliver the contractual obligations in terms of SLA/OLA

To ensure that the Demand vs Supply is met by meticulous planning and deployment of resources.

To drive the stream organization to meet the OLA deliverable.

To continuously engage with region for running a smooth operation.

To constantly focus on Continuous improvement and implement Six Sigma techniques and Lean initiatives in the operational area.

To conduct all the Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly governance with Region & Customer.

To improve the NPS/CTS score year on year for the operations.

To derive the additional scopes/new business to GDC from Region and Customer.

To ensure that the MS Project is run within the agreed Scope, Schedule, Cost & Quality.
