  • Implement transformation levers to bring in efficiency towards region.

  • To deliver the contractual obligations in terms of SLA/OLA

  • To ensure that the Demand vs Supply is met by meticulous planning and deployment of resources.

  • To drive the stream organization to meet the OLA deliverable.
