Designation	Senior Software Developer - SFDC
Job Description	Required certifications are Service Max Admin 101 and Admin 201, SFDC Administrator, Salesforce Developer; Must be a Senior developer with Servicemax and Service Cloud Salesforce experience; Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits and Salesforce integration components, specifically: APIs, APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and web services; Experience of having worked on at least one ServiceMax implementation project; Good to have SFDC Service cloud working experience; Good to have experience using COPADO for SFDC migrations; Experience with HTML, browsers, JavaScript, WebServices and AJAX; Should Ability to work with multiple work streams at one time; Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers; Understanding of Salesforce test framework & testing methodologies; Proficiency with development tools such as Git, Eclipse IDE, Atom, Ant; Experience working within an Agile development framework. Years of experience with SFDC, APEX, standard configuration, and Visual Source Page Development; Previous experience as a leading member of a large team with assignments in all phases of the software life-cycle (requirements, design, construct, test, support) and have strong skills in documenting work; General knowledge of computer network components (servers, routers, printers) and data communication methods; Proven ability to quickly troubleshoot issues in SFDC using a sound and logical approach to deliver a valid solution; Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise (geographical and functional) to accomplish desired outcomes; Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies; Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities; Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity; Demonstrates a broad knowledge of a variety of alternatives and their impact on the business unit; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Experience documenting and developing within a regulated industry; Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
Desired Profile	Be the senior developer working through the DevOps team helping the services business partners keep the application running and delivering business value; Perform technical evaluations, identify solutions, and design approaches to business needs; Translate functional requirements into technical design and develop robust solutions for Salesforce platform; Provide technical support and development as needed for integration services to our core systems; Identify opportunities that can help improve efficiency of business processes through software enhancements; Prepare written technical design specifications, flow charts and data flow diagrams as needed for new and existing applications. Code, debug and/or modify new and existing applications to meet the business requirements as outlined by the Business Analysts; Meet required deadlines as outlined by project team and business partners; Prepare and execute unit tests on all new and modified code; Prepare documentation for deployment purposes and respond to any implementation issues as needed to ensure quality deliverable has been met; Facilitate transfer of primary developer responsibilities from implementation partner through the establishment of internal support, resources, and expertise.
