Job Description

• Identify and assess current & future training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance management, Individual Development Plan and feedback from business stakeholders.

• Draw & implement the overall training plan, calendarize training interventions to fulfil the business needs.

• Review the existing content & develop new content in accordance with training need analysis.

• Drive fulfilment of LMS calendar and completion of all WBT intervention.

• Evaluate training programs qualitatively and quantitatively through feedback and surveys

• Identify, develop and on-board training partners (e learning vendors) for procurement of e-learning content.

• Branding of L&D function and driving communication to enhance visibility.

• LMS Management - collaborate with internal IT team & external vendors for content integration and smooth functioning of LMS portal.

• Lead & mentor e-learning team to deliver results in accordance with business needs.

• Create and present LMS dashboard and other periodic reports for review.

• Should possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of various LMS platforms & virtual learning environments.
