Job Description
  • Overall IT cost reduction and IT led business transformation to a lean model
  • Co-own and drive the Go-Digital movement.
  • Business Engagement with IT.
  • Co-owning the transformation of IT to a Strategic Partner role within the organisation.
  • Agile, Optimised and lean processes across responsible domains with IT enablement.
  • Co-own the IT Strategy and improve Automation and Analytic levels of our Sales & Marketing functions.
  • Identify, socialise and execute IT enablement opportunities across Sales and Marketing functions across all units of Emami Agrotech Ltd.
  • To exploit the Cloud model and work on introducing disruptive start-up technologies.
  • Managing the IT Demand Management Process.
  • Business value creation and ROI from IT initiatives and Projects.
  • Business Engagement levels with IT.
  • Medium term - Implementation and embedment of robust systems for Sales Force Automation, Dealer Management, CRM, Analytics platforms in an integrated manner with core ERP SAP across the organization.
  • Reduction of IT delivery cycle times across all spheres including Projects and Maintenance.
Desired Profile

Sr. Manager should have -

  • Have lead multi locational IT projects for Sales Force Automation, Dealer Management, CRM, Analytics platforms in an integrated manner with core ERP SAP is mandatory.
  • Have lead IT enabled Process Transformational and Improvement Projects in Sales & Marketing with a special focus on Sales Force, Dealers and other external.
  • Experience in Sales/ Marketing line function would be an advantage.
  • Domain knowledge over FMCG and Edible Oil Industry and proven track record in this Industry shall be a differentiator.
  • Led Projects of process re-engineering and sales transformation.
  • Exposure to Change management.
  • PMP certification, while not essential, can be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in SAP SD with at least one implementation experience.
  • Handling of multiple cloud and mobility projects in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
  • Exposure over leveraging Social Networking for Organisations would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to SAP HANA implementation would be an added attraction.
  • Participated in Enterprise level Digital Transformation Projects.
