We are looking for Head Testing & Validation from automobile background.

Vehicle Testing

1. Plan and execute all vehicle-based tests necessary to support validation and sign off activities, demonstrating complete achievement of all project targets and voice of customer needs.
2. Vehicle, System and component benchmarking, Voice of Customer measurement & reporting 
3. Prepare and define a complete list of vehicle performance attributes and Voice of Customer Targets, planning their appraisal, setting of pass/ fail criteria and defining the method for their measurement and reporting. 

Development Program Budget Control and Reporting

1. Prepare and maintain in line with business methodologies the forecast budget for all development activities estimating where necessary costs and materials requirements. Coordinate with the procurement team all external testing and development activities, preparing RFQ activities for competitive tendering and assisting in the creation and issuing of PO and development contracts to all successful development partners.

Engineering Timing Coordination and Management

1. Maintain the program DVP/R documentation and present status and challenges at each project milestone review. 
2. Together with the Project manager plan all development activities in line with business milestones, maintaining accurate test and material requirements for each component/ system and ensuring timely completion.

Team Creation, Motivation and Development

1. Act with the rest of the senior management team to create a motivated, empowered workforce that meets the highest standards of openness and honesty.
2. Work with the HR function to plan and develop the skills and capabilities of the team to deliver all core functions both now and in the future.
