Job Description

Strategies with expertise in managing entire operations with key focus on top & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Establish brand & create new avenues & drive business growth through different channels expansion.
Bring together the intersecting needs of business, user experience and technology to define, support development and life cycle manage the platform and capabilities for our Distributor and Customer ecommerce journeys
Help the Board determine Companys values, mission, vision, and short- and long-term goals.
Help the Board monitor and evaluate platforms relevancy to the community, its effectiveness, and its results.
Keeps the Board fully informed on the condition and on all the important factors influencing it.
Responsible for developing and implementing ecommerce strategy and the product road map, focused on maximizing business value and optimizing the products and capabilities to achieve both optimal user experience as well as maximizing return on investment
Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the Board and/or its committees; and, facilitates discussion and deliberation.
Defining Best-in-Class end-to-end Distributor and Customer Digital experience, working with HO, Regional Teams and partners (internal & external)
Informs the Board and its committees about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy-making. Recommends policy positions.
