Designation HR Manager
Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of businesses globally in a challenging role that will see you drive success .

DUTIES:
  • Applies strategic and business targets to HR processes, products and services. Acts as the primary, trusted HR advisor and coach to line managers in people management & HR practices. Supports line managers to achieve their business targets. Manage HRConnection Operations Support team China belonging to HRConnection East Asia to provide efficient and quality HRConnection services to all employees in the Region.
  • Manage the team and the operational work of HRC Operations support team C hinafor similar high service levels across all countries in the region. Support in integrating the team as part of HRConnection East Asia in line with HRConnection harmonization plan. Drive the use of standardized (global) processes wherever possible, acknowledge and include local needs and procedures where necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HRC Opeartions support team China in all operational HR issues including payroll and drive change management while we are integrating the team as part of the newly established HRConnection East Asia. Includes regular management responsibilities like cost- and HC-management to budget, development & handling of virtual teams, target setting, and understanding of NSN HR tools and processes.
