Position: Legal Contract/Contract Legal - Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Skills :

Would be responsible for legal counsel, supporting various business divisions, legal support across the entire contracting lifecycle.

Conduct and superve day-to-day activities relating to contract review, negotiations and closure, facilitating various global contracts

Drafting, reviewing, management, vetting, and negotiating Various supplier/ purchasing documents/agreements, etc.
