Job Description

  • Ability to manage 5-15 member team and should have good mentoring skills.
  • Should have very good communication.
  • Should be well versed in cash management.
  • Overall project management experience.
  • Should be able to review code and able to participate and contribute value addition in Object-oriented analysis and design
Desired Profile

Should have worked in BFSI domain.

The candidate should possess the following:
  • Should be well proficient in Oracle /PLSQL skills
  • Should be worked in any middleware server like Oracle weblogic, Tomcat, JBoss, IBM WAS etc.
  • Able to review code & and ability to participate and contribute value addition in OOA design is must.
  • Should have very good J2EE project skills.
  • Should have an ability to define & adhere the CMMI process.
  • Should be well versed in ISO & CMMI level process.
  • Should have very good communication
