Job Description	The development of innovative ideas in order to develop research products, as well as intermediates based on market requirements and economic, ecological and safety technology aspects. Managing respective development projects after consulting / in accordance with the stipulations of the product manager and as agreed with the department manager IM. Drafting and optimizing company-specific production procedures after consulting / in accordance with the stipulations of the department manager IM and as agreed with the product manager (PM). Optimizing the procedures and products in the assigned plants in regards to cost effectiveness and quality.
Desired Profile	A doctoral degree in chemistry is required. Substantial knowledge of organic chemistry is also mandatory. The ability to manage laboratory staff and to work as part of a team is preferable.
