• To ensure that the ServiceNow application is configured, customized and used in the right way to provide maximum value within the ITIL v3 service management context.

• Be accountable for the ServiceNow implementations outcome and acts as a lead architect on both Advisory and Technical solution engagements.

• Provide technical guidance to a team of multiple consultants and deliver high customer satisfaction by completing projects with high quality, on time and to budget.

Expertise leading at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
Experience in:

• ServiceNow and ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, etc.)
• Developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration elements (LDAP, VPN, SSO/SAML, etc.)

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment.
