Job Details

Manages and support two sites (i.e. TCI-Blore& E&S-Chennai) majorly, with flexibility to support all divisions on Indirect purchasing activities.
Develops and executes negotiation strategy, responsible for driving final contract negotiations and implementation while ensuring appropriate levels of management engagement and approval.
Manages all sourcing/procurement activities for assigned categories. Like raising on-line Sourcing Request (ISAP) and follow-up for required approvals from regional & global category leads/managers.
Review SOW (Scope of Work) & PRs (Purchasing Requisitions)
Sending RFQs (Request for Quotations), seeking Quotations/Cost Break ups, prepare detailed Cost Comparisons on all important Cost elements and Terms & Conditions.
Raising POs on SAP & QADs.
Good knowledge of supplier base, needs to Identify/ search/ develop potential Suppliers.
Identifies and executes total cost savings across all Indirect Spending meeting yearly targets. Create IMCIPs (Indirect Material Cost Improvement Plans)& manage ECIP-System (Enterprise Cost Improvement Plans).

Good Command in Communciation skills verbal & writtern ( English ) and able to speak / Understand in Tamil / Kannda / Hindi would be Plus.
Good Stake Holder Management - Highly Preferable somone dealing with Top Guns - Like Director Level to Shop Floor store Coordinator and Team of Purchase Executives
Having Extensive Market Knowledge about Vendors ( Global & local) ( From Pin to Chip ) able to deliver in SLA time to Businesshighly preferable ..becuase delphi vendors are SCATTERED World wide.
Good Mail communciation Office MGT tools
Fair exposure in SAP Tool
Extensive working knowledge in SCM process in MNC Setup ( SCM Lifecycle for IT Product Services portfolio would be highly preferable)
Exposure in SOW Procurement Both IT Engineering & NOT IT - Ex : ( Software enginner for TCI AND GT,FSE Engineer contact for Chennai Plant)
10 % Travel will be there majorly for Chennai..on Need basis.
