Role Summary:
Support Identification, finalization of Scope of work and develop Project Charters to provide win-win solutions to the businesses on site and off site
Preparing the business case and agreeing the same with the stakeholders
Implementing full transitions methodology to all transition projects
Perform cost and benefit analysis for projects
Lead in due-diligence/feasibility exercises
Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Tracking projects and providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders
Interface with Home Locations and help to do effective stakeholder management
Facilitate Process Improvement Initiatives using the Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.
Apply DMAIC, lean, structured problem solving practices to propose robust solutions to identify new opportunities or to solve complex business issues.

Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, preferably Finance (with CA / CPA / ICWA) or MBA, is highly desirable.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable
Six Sigma Black Belt certification desirable
Overall post-qualification experience of around 10--13 years with about 6-8 years of relevant experience in Program/Project management, transformation initiatives (e.g. operating model/process architecture design), business process reengineering, quality/process improvement initiatives and process transitions, preferably in the Financial Services industry,
Sound knowledge of the Financial/Banking Services industry & Shared Services operating models.
