Job Details

The incumbent will be responsible:
Maintenance of Railway Infrastructure comprising Railway track, Signalling & Telecommunications, Locomotives, In-motion weighbridges and other rail assets inside the plant. Leadership skills for managing ramp up and scale up logistics operations
Efficient and safe Railway Operations through improvement of Rake Turnaround time, Yard management and Loco operations within plant, etc and should have a strong understanding of Railway Safety/operating norms.
Inbound Raw Material Logistics Management through cost controls, Inventory Management, Material Transportation, Quality Management and en-route Shortages/Pilferage Control.
Effective coordination with zone/division of Indian Railways for seamless movement of rakes and with various dispatch teams and VL Jharsuguda team for proper rake movement planning.
Effective coordination with railway officials at division/zone of ECo Railways Railway for regulatory approvals and reduction in Operating cost.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders
