Support UK RBWM MI & Analytical activities like preparation of various Business performance reports, Product packs including analysis of drivers and writing commentaries explaining the drivers, preparation of accruals, Flash reporting, reporting on Financial & Non-Financial Metric, Support on AOP/Forecast, Stress testing, handling ad-hoc queries, support on business projects and other initiatives from management. The primary purpose is to meet the business reporting through Robust analysis and Effective commentary reflecting the impact and direction of key internal and external business drivers
Key requirement of role would be to build good understanding of products, assumptions and business performance to effectively describe business performance by picking up key business drivers

Analyze performance of the process against targets with a forward looking outlook. Analyze issues/concerns in close coordination with the various stakeholders including input providers and customers and build efficient operational controls

BCom /M Com/ CA(Inter)/ CWA (Inter) 8+years. CA/CWA/MBA from reputed institute: 6+ years
experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Knowledge of Retail Banking products, Insurance products and Investment Products
Good analytical skills, an eye for detail & a drive for quality, statistical skills to study trends, understand & interpret numeric information
Excellent knowledge & experience of MS Office Suite (majorly MS Excel)
Experience in working on Database Management tool viz. TM1, COGNOS, HYPERION etc.
Excellent Communication & presentation skills
Experience in multi-tasking & flexible to work in accordance with business requirements
Proven ability to project manage migrations of finance processes and exposure to diverse/multi-culture work environments with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
