Hiring For	A leading textile company in EPC domain
Designation	Project Manager-Production/Manufacturing/Maintenance
Job Description	Communicate with customer, give updates, etc. Planning & scheduling activities and ensuring timelines & costs during execution Develop MIS and project cost control system & documentation Develop typical invoicing / cash flow statements for the project Be accountable for account receivables from customer Manage a team of Project engineers & technicians. Support proposal management / sales group in offer preparation to create winning bids. Resolve site related issues / difficulties during erection, performance testing & handing over of equipment. Manage all issues related to vendors / contractors / subcontractors. Building and developing a project management team Handle multiple projects in a particular region.
Desired Profile	Proven ability to coordinate various inter departmental activities: Office software like MS Office, MS Projects or Primavera; Systems driven Good communication and presentation skills; multi-tasking ability Strong conceptual thinking ability Good understanding of customers requirements Ability to manage and motivate team Honest individual with high integrity; creative, committed to the profession, proactive An eye for detail A dynamic and motivated team leader A passion for making things to happen; multi-tasking ability experience in project management in HVAC / MEP of building engineering & services segment Be familiar with the standard technical requirements of consultants & architects in the field.
