Job Details

Modify/ update controls basis changes in processes of the company.
Report observations and hold discussions with stakeholders for root cause analysis and mitigation plan.
Ensure compliance of documented processes.
Report observations and hold discussions with Vertical Heads basis review observations.
Prepare/ modify process documents on need basis.
Interaction with users to perform walk through of processes related to Finance function.
Interaction with users for preparation and modification of process documents related to Finance function.
Compliance of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs).
Ensure all process documents related to Finance function are up to date.
Interaction with stakeholders/ auditors (Internal and Statutory) to perform audit related to IFCs of various functions.

The minimum Qualifuication of a Candidate Should be CA. Oracle knowledge will be better for this post.Candidate must have good exposure in Internal Audits, process reviews, SOP/ process documentation. SOX knowledge would be preferred.
