Automating end to end on click reports for the Management and Leads using VBA Excel Macros.
Initiating Onboarding and Offbooarding process for Offshore and Onshore resources.
Preparing Metric and Dart report using Microsoft Project.
Tracking resource efforts on weekly basis.
Developing Forms in Access to use end users.
Initiating Transfer/Deputation for resources.
Preparing Dashboards to present data to the Management effectively.
Onboarding new resources in project.
Planning and forecasting reports for the Management.
Preparing Budget reports for Management.
Successfully transitioned,stabilized and supporting the client in entire MIS and review analysis function.
Assisting the client in Budget and Forecast process by providing data in refined formats for factual analysis.
