The role will be responsible to design, deliver, support and execute automation and tools solutions, to support test projects on systems developed through both Global and Local code to ensure they meet Finance requirements. Reporting line will be into Manager Automation Services.
Design, Deliver and Support tools developed in SQL server, MS Access and MS Excel application to support test projects.
Provide support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) with regard to automation using HP (Mercury) QTP, Quality Center, MS Access, SQL server and Excel macros.
Execute automated test scripts with proper entry and exit criteria and report the actual results/ defects ensure a quality product.
Perform analysis of tools and automation testing results to ensure that all requirements are met.
Support test infrastructure, such as test management tools and test reporting.
Leverage, maintain and administer defect management tools in an efficient and effective manner.
Support members of the management team and project stakeholders in the testing process.

7-12 years of overall work experience. Relevant work experience is preferred
Knowledge of software testing and defect management tools (Quality Center / Test Director)
Experience of working within at least two of the following areas: programme support, Functional Testing analysis / execution, process automation, business and / or system process analysis within Finance and / or Controllers department(s)
Must have worked on Finance System Implementation Projects
Proficient in understanding database, SQL server, writing complex and efficient SQL queries.
Hands-on in VB scripting ensuring best coding practices.
Knowledge of automation tools (i.e.: HP / Mercury Quick Test Pro, Quality Center), MS Excel and MS Access.
Must have Data Testing Experience reconciling data between data flows.
Must be able to produce high quality documentation and has previously served as a liaison to user communities and management teams
Must exhibit extremely professional demeanor and must be comfortable working with all members of the team including senior management
