Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)
The Programme Management Office is the information hub for projects and programmes within the portfolio and involves tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, support and knowledge

management/learning from experience. The Programme Management Office will add value through the knowledge; skills and experience of its staff.
Overall Purpose of Role:
The role of Programme Management Office Analyst is to support the Programme Management Office Team including: tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and methodologies; programme level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops.

Developing background in PMO Governance and Project Management
Ability to create and lead the implementation of the changes in the MI and project reports
Ability to manage effective me[KC1] etings
Clarity / BTF knowledge a plus but not essential
Strong Microsoft Office / Open Workbench or other application experience necessary for project planning and tracking
Devloping Problem Solving skills
Has an understanding of the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation
