Maintaining close relationships with the clients
Cross selling them working capital products
Grow Average Trade Assets & Contingents
Grow Average CASA & OPAC
Deepen, broaden and selectively grow client relationships.
Leverage the network more effectively
Achieve greater than
Achieve minimum 5 referrals & 1 conversion
Maintain average multi product ratio and multi market ratio as per required standards
Achieve assigned Employee Banking referral target
Achieve assigned PSL target
Develop internal channels
Up tier clients based on business requirements.
Work closely with Private banking, to ensure a minimum of 20% acquisition rate forcustomer
Maintain account plan, pricing calculator, call reports, deal pipeline and MIS at customer level and portfolio level
Work closely with cleint referral opportunities and revenue growth

Maintain average multi product ratio and multi market ratio as per required standards
Achieve assigned Employee Banking referral target
