Designation	Head/VP/GM-Public Relations/Corporate Communication
Job Description	To effectively handle Media, Government issues and the external political and media environment, drawing on expertise outside own professional area. To build a solid network of targeted external contacts at a senior level and well plugged in to all areas of the business. To effectively coordinate and support high-level influencing in-the Central / state. To provide good, timely advice to the Management team. To successfully engage government and non-governmental organisations to secure their support and raise awareness of benefits company brings to the country and engage on issues that affect the business. To have built a strong mutual relationship with Government and other Key stakeholders on regulatory and reputational issues.
Desired Profile	Candidate Specification: Key Selection Criteria 10+ years of experience in ideally the metals & mining sector / broader process Industries, infrastructure and process manufacturing. We will also selectively consider seasoned corporate affairs / liaison professionals from heavily regulated industry segments / Industries like CII, FICCI Crisis management experience in a complex business environment, with track record of avoiding bad press, proactively engaging with a wide media network and internal stakeholder management (particularly the Board, investors, media, government, regulators and local communities). Experience of being part of a similar scale or multinational business. Broad insight into political and business affairs and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving organisation
