Job Description	Managing the contract manpower life cycle from entry to exit with all the legal and statutory compliances. Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance as per applicable laws and acts. Drive sustainability framework through VSAP, IFC, ICMM etc guidelines. Ensuring compliance with International guidelines on human rights. Contract manpower finalization as per business plan and strive to achieve the reduction targets as per BP. Responsible for improving manpower productivity & reducing manpower cost. Ensuring skill development through skill assessment and training to bridge the gaps of contract workmen.
Desired Profile	He/She should possess an in-depth knowledge of labor laws and related legal compliance. He/She should have the ability to handle different kinds of situations related to contact workmen.
