Designation	Chartered Accountant
Job Description	Preparation of financial statements, related footnotes and MD&A disclosures for SEC documents namely 10Q/10K reports in accordance with the US GAAP and reconciliation with IFRS reporting numbers for management to ensure error less reporting. Preparation of various schedules for Group reporting and Regulatory Reporting Manage the changes in the reporting requirements including the changes in US GAAP in the 10Q/10K document
Desired Profile	B.Com /M.Com/ CA(Inter)/ CWA (Inter): 7-12 years, CA/CWA/MBA: 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in External Reporting/SEC Reporting Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role is desirable Strong Knowledge of SEC Reporting Environment,10Q & 10K Reports and disclosures and Consolidation of data Sound understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and Accounting Entries Strongly analytical skills and logical mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other query tools (Microsoft Office Access) Complex analytical reasoning skills
