Job Details

The person will be leading  Insurance Business Finance team and will drive Insurance Transformation and support wider transformation within Finance Centre.

Will be required to
Manage service delivery for Insurance Business Finance as per the agreed service level metrics & key performance indicators
Drive transformations projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Build team capabilities to continuously enhance service delivery
Build strong relationships with all the in-country stake-partners for an ongoing positive engagement
Establish governance structure for ongoing performance management and evaluation of the service delivery via setting up service management boards
