  • Windows Server, Proxy server and Web based learning and knowledge sharing applications
  • Network management with exposure to Cisco switches and routers with Internet connectivity and Wifi
  • End user applications such as Office, Antivirus, Mail configuration, other open source applications.
  • Engineering related software installation and management such as ACAD, Pro-E, Catia, Matlab and its license management
  • End user hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, UPS facility
  • Deriving support from various vendors to ensure smooth operation of IT setup
