Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Client & Sales Management

Work closely with the RMs in name clearance, and strategies to deepen relationships
Submit high quality BCAs (Bank Credit Analyst) and memos with minimum rework
Adhere to BCA TAT to ensure that customers expectations are met quickly and promptly
Ensure customer contact with each client in my portfolio at least annually
Assist in implementing process improvements to reduce BCA turnaround time
Establish a strong understanding and partnership with the Credit Approvers to facilitate the BCA approval process
Ensure timely completion of account opening formalities of the client, including collection of documents, signature verification, etc.
Ensure documentation is completed and the limits loaded properly to ensure faster execution of the transaction.
Actively engage with client and also product partners to ensure high level of utilization.

• Basic knowledge of Trade and Forex solutions and liability products in business banking.
• Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking.
• Excellent communication skills.
