Principal Accountabilities
Service Delivery
Drive forward changes and enhancements as required.
Track Business Finance Key KPIs eg errors, delays, open positions and ensure required actions are taken up for improvement/corrections.
Lead, coordinate and support Re-engineering initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Headcount Metris to Senior Management
Timely and accurate provision of comments to the Factsheet Team for Effectiveness and Efficiency metrics
Liaise with the Project leads to ensure that the Business Finance Priorities are tracked and regularly reported
Support the Business Finance Monthly Functional Reviews by provision of required information including root causes and recommended action.
Ensure active management of risks and issues raised to the programme level by each of the work streams.
