Job Details

Provide strategic support on business transactions (M&A, Divestment including sale/purchase of immovable property etc.) carry out legal due diligence, assess overall regulatory and compliance risks, identify and address key corporate law issues, such as those arising from the Companies Act, SEBI regulations like the takeover code, insider trading etc., RBI, assist in structuring, preparing documents, participate in negotiations and all related activities to ensure required business objectives are achieved effectively

Qualification & experience:

• LLB/LLM & CS with 15-20 Years of experience preferably in a large manufacturing organization or with Varied exposure in law firms, having thorough knowledge of corporate laws, Legal insight for drafting various legal documents, good negotiating skills with parties & Business acumen, good analytical and communication skills. 
• Ability to give effective legal advice and keep self-updated with latest changes in law.
• Female candidates are preferred.
