Process value engineering and retooling of machines and machine accessories. Benchmarking new equipment and process technologies, Design and development of identified equipment standards. Ontime manufacturing and quality proving of identified new equipment. Standardisation of equipment and supplier base, Automation of material handling. Implementation of low cost automation projects, Initial control TPM pillar activities for identified new equipment.
