Job Description	1. Responsible with respect to IT and ERP of entire Company's Group which is including 40 Centres, 4 regional offices, Corporate office & Head Office. 2. Undertake the various In-house Software Development Projects and lead the team of Software Developers. System Analysis, Database & Process designing. 3. Worked closely with developers and end users to ensure user satisfaction and technical compatibility 4. Preparation of IT Business Plan, Budgeting, Planning (Both CAPEX and OPEX) Monitoring and execution of IT projects 5. Lead IT operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives
Desired Profile	We are looking for candidates who have hands on experience into Software Development. Should have knowledge about SOL, .net, Firewall. etc.
