1. Product planning, launching, renovating, competition mapping, Brand building, Promotions and pricing strategies.
2. Build a stronger master brand while delivering on current Business & growth aspirations & plans
3. Understand current brand architecture & consumer insights to identify possibilities towards a stronger global future
4. Refine segmentation approaches & position the appropriate product among relevant audiences across key segments of the Brand in India.
5. Own consumer-facing communication and driving consistency in messaging across mass media, digital, social & PR while driving high consumer visibility among current users & influencers
6. Nurture & develop a high performance marketing team that can serve as a benchmark for the industry
7. Lead design & implementation of key business processes / practices to drive business growth and consumer satisfaction.

1. Should have experience in Cement industry for at least 8-10 Years
2. Should have very good  communications Skill
3. Should be a go getter and quick in taking decisions.
