Job Description	Looking for the candidate for Sr. Manager - IR role. Brief about the role: To continuously analysis current trends, external issues, political and social factors that can impact the IR / ER climate and suggest mitigation plans. To oversee the administration of routine ER & Personnel matters including administration of benefits. Facilitate effectively discussion with recognized Union/Union representatives on day to day labor related matters Responsible for establishing, documenting, implementing & updating ISO-9001,OHSAS-14001 & 18001 procedures in personnel department Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements including maintenance of records, filing of returns and audits as necessary Maintain good rapport with governmental and other authorities
Desired Profile	Candidate should be proficient in Gujarati Language.
