Designation	Financial Accountant
Job Description	Involvement in various projects from inception to implementation Identify, recommend and prioritise required changes in processes and/or systems across projects of different sizes Work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders on each project Develop, analyse and document business requirements Planning and participation in testing and training cycles On-going support to Corporate Data team members, including issue-analysis and providing effective outcomes
Desired Profile	Degree qualification in either Accounting / Finance Minimum 6-8 years of post-qualification experience. Project and process management experience A rigorous background in the full lifecycle of business analysis and/or business improvement activities in the financial services space, including process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, functional design, testing, implementation, facilitation, problem solving, issue identification and user training.
