Job Description	To be part of Group Insurance Business Finance team supporting Group Insurance CFO. Responsible for performing analysis using existing/ new financial models and provide strategic support to Insurance Business. Prepare various financial packs and provide commentaries on financial and commercial performance of Group and Countries/Sites. Responsible for research, perform and present moderate to complex financial analysis, work with business partners to develop financial assumptions and explain rationale for conclusions Required to prepare and analyze operating plans
Desired Profile	B Com / M Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CWA Inter with minimum 3-5 years overall experience in Finance with 2-3 years of experience in working with FP&A of Insurance companies.
