  • Cater to the Funding Requirements of all Projects of the Group 
  • Managing timely Financial Closure 
  • Managing Cash Flows throughout the Project Cycle through Cash Accruals, Borrowing Equity,Debt Domestic and Overseas Funding with cost effectiveness 
  • Management Information, Risk identification, assessment of impact and mitigation actions 
  • Structured Borrowings from India and FDI 
  • Liaising with Banks and Intermediaries. 
  • Experience in Fund Raising independently. 
  • Need to conduct due diligence of the financial projections. 
  • Need to prepare financial projections with different assumptions and multiple analysis. 
    • Have to conduct risk analysis and mitigation of the same. Have to conduct equity valuation wherein investment is made in new project in the form of equity to advice structure of financial transaction. 
Desired Profile

Key Requirements: 

 
  • Should be well versed with systems, processes and accounting practices
  • Experience in handling cash flows, equity, billing & internal audit, inventory management, MIS accounting
  • Should have experience of managing and leading teams, should have worked on SAP 
  • Good understanding of daily operations related to real estate
    • Good communication skills as will need to present to Board
