Profile:- DGM HR Generalist

Experience:- 8 to 12 Yrs

Job Responsibilities

Drive performance and compensation management systems within the defined timelines and budgets
Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
