Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer support center
To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits.
To investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems and handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support
Actively look for new ideas & better solutions.
Ensure adherence to governance models
Should have Data Center /IS/IT tools and system integration experience
Excellent knowledge of Level 1 FM operations and Network Architecture of converged Networks and protocols.
- To monitor the performance of the installed network and initiate actions to improve the performance, Troubleshooting of in-service problems and provision of emergency corrections.
To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.
