Key Deliverables Responsible for preparation of variance analysis and analysing the reasons for variance in coordination with the stakeholders

Analyse customer behaviour - usage, churn and highlight opportunities for revenue enhancement and retention of base;

Responsible for analysis of financial viability of products -Pre post analysis of products ; profitability of stores

Site performance analysis on various parameters such as subscribers, usage and costs to determine site performance vis a vis the business case for investments

Analyse and identify areas for cost optimisation

Generation and monitoring of all business related KPI's and publishing them as per timelines. In depth understanding of the KPI's and utilisation of the deduction for improvement of business

Generation of reports and MIS related to the profile

Preparation of presentations for top management as and when required on revenue enhancement and cost control opportunities
