Position Summary:

• Would be responsible for providing HR Support to the units 
• The Position will determine direction and prioritizes to implement HR strategies to achieve desired results in the area of Operations (Labour Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HRIS, Communication etc) in the Plants. 

Key Deliverables:

• Serves as a business partner to the Plant leadership team.
• To fulfill the manpower requirements of the factory by recruitment and selection of manpower at various levels of management across diversified functions.
• Drive HR Processes Performance Management System and Training & development at plants
• Drive Talent Management and Succession Review at plants
• To implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
• Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc
• To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
• To carry out the workers engagement and retention activities.
• To supervise the time office and attendance activities.
• Effective Liasoning with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.
• The payroll and HRIS administration and maintenance.
• Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or company needs.

• Must posses strong professional and communication skills.
• Must have and enriched background in managing the entire gamut of plant IR and HR.
• Must posses the MSW certification.
