Job Description	Must have good understanding of OUM model. Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution. Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality. Should be able to guide technical team for components within the Financials scope. Should have experience of conducting CRPs, User training, Estimation. Proficient in following Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards. Experience to guide/mentor delivery teams with artefacts/tools/accelerators and solution perform audits.
Desired Profile	Appropriate Cloud certifications will be a must and will carry a weightage. Behavioural & Collaboration Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams. Interest and Initiative to learn.
